• Account information: business name, owner/staff names, phone, email, GSTIN, address.
• Business data you enter: products, customers, suppliers, invoices, payments, stock. This data belongs to you.
• Inquiry data: details submitted through inquiry/demo/distributor forms.
• Technical data: login timestamps, IP address, browser/device info, activity logs.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
• To process subscriptions, renewals and send renewal reminders.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• To send service updates and, with your consent, promotional communication.

3. Data ownership & isolation

All business data entered in GCS remains the property of the subscribing business. Each business operates on its own private web address with fully isolated data. We do not sell, rent or share your business data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data storage, backup & security

Data is stored on secure servers with automated daily backups. We use access controls, password policies, session timeouts and failed-login locks.

5. Third-party services

We may use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways and the WhatsApp Business API. These providers process data only as required to provide their service.

6. Data retention

Account and business data is retained for the duration of an active subscription and a reasonable period after expiry. You may request deletion by writing to support@netspacesoftware.in.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. We respond as per applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
