These Terms govern the use of GCS and related services provided by Netspace Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

GCS is a web-based (SaaS) billing and inventory management software for garment businesses, offered in Starter, Pro and Business packages.

2. Subscription, fees & renewal

Subscriptions are annual and payable in advance, plus a one-time setup fee.
Promotional offers are limited-period and cannot be combined unless stated.
Non-renewal after expiry may result in suspension; data is retained for a grace period.
Prices are subject to revision with prior notice; revised prices apply from the next renewal.

3. Account & acceptable use

Customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
User limits, branch limits and product limits per package must be respected.
Customer shall not resell, sublicense, copy or reverse-engineer the software.

4. Customer data & GST compliance

Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for statutory filings. GCS provides reports as a convenience; final responsibility for tax compliance rests with the Customer.

5. Support, training & uptime

Support is provided via phone, WhatsApp, email and remote tools during business hours (Monâ€“Sat, 10 AMâ€“7 PM IST).
We target 99.9% server uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design, code and brand "GCS" are the intellectual property of the Company. Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use the software during an active subscription.

7. Limitation of liability

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid for the 12 months preceding any claim. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
